With stunning views of Center Hill Lake and the surrounding Upper Cumberland mountains from nearly every angle, the Lodge at Leeric offers a serene escape designed for rest, connection, and time spent together.

Set within the private estate, the Lodge is thoughtfully arranged into two distinct wings — similar in layout to a duplex — allowing guests to enjoy both privacy and shared time throughout their overnight stay with no shared interior space with either wing.

The South Wing

The South Wing of the Lodge comfortably accommodates up to twelve adult overnight guests.

Designed with comfort and ease in mind, this wing includes a spacious room featuring six twin beds with seven vanity stations and an adjoining dressing area, along with a queen suite offering an additional twin trundle. Guests enjoy access to two private upper decks, while the master suite features its own personal deck and balcony overlooking the lake and mountains.

Tucked within the carriage house is the Lodge’s private speakeasy — a relaxed retreat complete with a poker table, pool table, shuffleboard, television, and plush leather seating. Whether gathering for quiet conversation or enjoying time together in the evening, the speakeasy offers a welcoming space to unwind.

The North Wing

The North Wing of the Lodge is owner-occupied, with the lower level thoughtfully arranged to welcome registered overnight guests for morning coffee or a simple shared meal during their stay.

As onsite owners, you may find us tending the gardens, maintaining the grounds, or relaxing by the shared infinity-like pool — all part of the estate’s quiet rhythm and Southern hospitality extended to guests throughout their visit.
